It was a good week.
Organized my sewing room/office and cleaned out and organized the fridge.
Helped Dot decorate her new room at the salon.
TT may have a new job!
Was very busy at salon.
My heart was light because of last week's epiphany.
Rode my new bike five mornings and am loving that endorphyn high.
Started losing a bit of the belly flab!
My skin feels smoother from drinking one gallon of water a day.
Had a fun Friday night out with TT and friends.
And today, Dot joined TT and I on our yacht. . .

sounds good! Lovely water. Lovely boat. Lovely Florida. I too have been wanting to ride a bike - still think about it - only thing the wind is likely to knock one over sideways....
I can't wait to go bike riding. Tim loves it and wants to buy two supped up serious machines, but I keep telling him I have no where to put the things.
We're headed to the Carolinas for an August/September break. Am dying to ride bikes around the lake. I miss fresh air that doesn't reek of Friday night asphalt.

Your photo says it all.....EXCEPt....how DO you hide that catheter...that you MUST need after drinking a gallon of water a day! I'd have no time to bike or have any fun--I'd be in the bathroom most of the day AND night.....A gallon?????
