Party

TT and I were supposed to go to a party on Saturday night. We got our favorite punk threads on and we get a knock at the door. Drat, there she was, the old bat. Why does his granny always show up at the wrong time?

To make matters worse, TT drops me and takes HER to the party. My friends called me the next day, said how she was bragging on him being a Gulf Power executive (!!!!) and that he always shows up the "first of the month to CHECK up on me." Yea, right.
What really made me mad is they said they thought I looked a little like her. Good thing we were on the phone. I don't usually get violent, but them's fighting words.

So, what did you all do on Saturday night?! Posted by Picasa

What a sweet old granny. Went to a 40th party Saturday night. Good party but ended in a punch up. Didn't get involved just observed from a distance. Entertaining stuff. One chap was so drunk he took a swipe at another, missed, span around three times and fell over.

LOL! What a great costume!!

I dressed up as an anime chick from the future, my friend dressed like someone from an ancient civilization, and we both hit a club and danced like crazy. Good times all around!!!

Dang, Ms. Hatti Grace...even as an old lady you are still one hot smokin' bitch! I love your costume! It's totally cool and original! Did you do an old granny voice? Please tell me you did!

That is soooooooooooooo funny! I recognized you right off tho, after a couple of secs, and smiled.

Saturday night...well, my TV's myseriously broken. So, I was going to go to a movie, but it was too cold outside. About 4 p.m. I curled up under the down comforter, let the heat sink to 60 degrees in the apt., and fell deliciously asleep until 6:30 p.m. Got up, turned off the lights, got a drink of water and, with Ms. Meowi, went back to bed under the feathers.

you don't sound bad at any time..you sound human honey.

human is what we all are. we all do, what we can, for whom we can, as much as we can.

i thank you for the friendship you give so many, that includes me.
there is no guilt necessary at any time sweet.

i will ask Our Lord to help your heavy heart. you must be going through so much..i know you have had such a heartache and then the move and now your dear friend.

i pray and hope that she is Blessed and comforted as well. that she may find the peace of soul and heart that we all long for.

XOXO

WOW...you totally transformed yourself into a dowdy old lady. Even the hair...did you color it gray for the party? I can't believe it's you! But there is a resemblance, hehehe.
